Dynamic BluePE is made with the high grade of Polyethylene within a stringent ISO9002 Quality System.

Identification of the piping is simplified by the blue colour and meets the marking requirements in the Australian Standards. Manufactured in Australia, Dynamic BluePE conforms to Australian Standards AS4130 and AS4131.

WaterMark

Dynamic BluePE can be used in high pressure fluid systems with the pipe having a PN25 pressure rating and a WaterMark Certification.

Quick and Efficient Installation

Dynamic BluePE can be installed up to 5 times faster than conventional materials. The installation requires no threading, flaring, gluing or Oxy/Act welding making the installation clean and safe. The pipe system also allows for quick and easy modifications while minimising cost and shutdown time.

Free of Pipe Corrosion

The risk of corrosion is a major concern with Galvanised Iron Pipework. Corrosion results in contaminated air supply, damaged pneumatics and tools, reduced bore and increased friction losses. Dynamic BluePE ensures that air quality and flow rates are not compromised by age.

Highly Rated Safety Features

Dynamic BluePE Pipe is designed to Australian Standard AS4130 to allow a compressed air rating of 16 bar with a safety factor of 2:1 or fluid pressures of 25 bar. The wall thickness adds strength to the pipe making Dynamic BluePE a safe pipe system that can endure high pressures and temperatures.

Dynamic BluePE is impact resistant and highly robust, backed by a 50-year warranty. The pipe system is thermally stable and appropriate for continual operation from -20˚C to +60˚C, as well as temporary rises of up to 95˚C.

Food Contact and Breathing Air Grade Materials

Dynamic BluePE complies with AS2070.1 “Plastic material for food contact use”. Dynamic BluePE Polymer material does not support the growth of bacteria and micro-organisms, making it suitable for use within a Food Production Facility.

Dynamic BluePE compression fittings are also compliant to AS4129 and BS6920. Dynamic BluePE threaded fittings comply with AS3855.3 standards and after undergoing a cleaning process the Dynamic BluePE Pipe and Fittings are also suitable for Breathing Air Systems (Please refer to technical department).

Chemical Resistance

Dynamic BluePE is compatible with a wide range of chemicals and is suitable for various harsh corrosive environments. Depending on the requirements of the system, three types of fittings can be used. Compression fittings generally have Nitrile O rings and Acetal grip-rings and when required FKM/EPDM O rings and CPVC grip rings are available.

Socket Fusion fittings allow the use of the same material for both pipe and fittings. Please refer all chemical applications to the Technical Department for approval prior to use.

Design Flexibility

Dynamic BluePE provides design flexibility through three fitting ranges, which enables the Pipe System to be quickly installed and/or altered.

Compression “O” Ring Fittings

Dynamic BluePE compression fittings are attached by hand and tightened with a nut wrench. The compression fittings are reusable.

Socket Fusion Weld Fittings

Dynamic BluePE socket fusion weld fittings are connected to the pipework with a socket fusion welding tool which creates a completely fused joint of a single material.

Electro Fusion Weld Fittings

Dynamic BluePE electro fusion weld fittings allow for multiple fittings to be assembled and adjusted prior to the fitting being welded by an electro fusion welding machine.

These fittings are particularly suited to large bore pipework, increasing the speed of installation.
